Not happy
My order was placed on 9/21, shipped on 9//24, returned to sender on 9/26 (UPS was unable to obtain a correct address for the receiver) and received by sender on 10/1. Called customer service on 10/1 and was told that I will be credited within 7-10 business days and then I can place the same order going to the same address up to 3/4 wks after original purchase. Are you kidding me!?

Several Mancini bags list in the header description that they are “leather”. This purse is one of those. It is NOT LEATHER! Deceptive advertising-don’t buy unless you really want faux and willing to pay the price they are charging. im glad I bought on sale

Not useable
The zippers are bulky and don't work well. The strap is useless because the part that slides to adjust the length is too small and won't allow the strap to lay flat.

Stuck zippers beware
I live my crossbody bag. It is very appealing and comfortable to wear. Different compartments are convient for holding different items. I gave it three stars because of zippers often times they stick and for the price that shouldn't happen. I've had it for a few months and don't think I can return at this point. I have tried using soap on zippers but they still stick. I am wondering if others have had this issue?
