Very poor quality, ill fitting way too small and sleeves were short for a medium.

I love how warm and comfortable it is, and it looks great.

Love this jacket and purchased online in both black and beige (to me a winter white). Really awesome, however, there were some defects on both, so I had to return them and purchase a second set. It is a wonderful change from the usual "puffer coat." Time to bring some glamour back.

I love it. The reversible features comes in handy on cold rainy days. It nice and soft and not too heavy. It is so nice two of my friends bought one in different colors after they saw mine

Very nice coat but runs very small

Quality is poor. Coat sleeve is torn at the wrist along the seam. Both pockets have holes along the seam. The coat cannot be worn in this condition.

Size m was fine expect at the arm it was too tight, the lining was ok but would not use as reversible otherwise this would have been a great buy and worth it.

Jacket was so nice and very good quality. I was disappointed because it didnt fit and they didnt have my size. I would of loved it. I cant find anything else I like as much as this one.

I've ordered the faux fur coat on Fri. Feb. 6 but on Mon. Feb. 9, I've received an email indicating the faux fur coat was a missing item they couldn't find. (Out of inventory) I NEVER received the much desired item!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing the Shelby jacket. I placed my order and waited for the delivery, but the item never arrived. Despite the tracking issues and the fact that I have not received the product, Macy’s refuses to issue a refund. I have reached out to resolve this, but I am being left without my money and without the jacket. I strongly advise against buying from this vendor. Save yourself the headache and the money—it is not worth the risk of being charged for an item you will never see. Terrible customer service and a total lack of accountability.
