Not for an adult
I knew this was a small pack from the description, but it is ridiculously small. Should be labeled child-size. The strap is too short to fit an adult and I’m only 5’3”. The pocket for a cell phone might hold a small flip phone from the 90s. Sending this back.

Quality
This Eddie Bauer bag was purchase for a young teen which I know he would love. The color is just perfect for him at his age. The bag seems to be stitched properly and has many zips for carrying all his personal items.

Strap is too short
It was nice but the strap was too short . My husband Seemed like it would've been ideal for travel. I returned it.is 6' and it wasn't going to make it cross body. I'm plus size 1x and it barely fit.
