Very dull, 1st use couldn't hardly even cut up a chicken.

Love the quality of the materials used in making the shears. I love the way that they are constructed and and that they are very sharp and they are Spring loaded.

Bought these to help spatchcock my turkey this year for thanksgiving. They worked exactly how I had envisioned them to and the price was perfect

Excellent product. Makes cutting through chicken bones a breeze. I have tried several other types of kitchen/poultry shears and none of them come close in performance as these. Easily cuts through the back bone to spatchcock a chicken. Would give 5 stars, but they don’t disassemble for cleaning, (assuming because they are spring loaded). Not a major issue just need to be diligent in cleaning so have to give 4 stars.

These meat shears are a perfect addition to your barbque tool box. Easy to handle and they hold a great edge. A++++
