I started taking this in the luteal phase only vs my entire cycle and did notice that it helped with mood changes and period pain. But, I also noticed a change in cycle length that I have never had issues with in the past. I have decided to hold off on using further until I can get in with my doctor. Decreasing negative symptoms throughout my cycle was a huge benefit, but having an unreliable cycle length from month to month is just not worth it to me. So, in short, this product works.
