Michael Kors Мужские часы Blake Three-Hand Gold-Tone Stainless Steel 42mm

I have been shopping in Macy's for over 25 years. I consider myself that I'm a loyal customer of Macy's Store. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase was a really bad experience. I bought a "Michael Kors Men's Blake Three-Hand Date Gold-Tone Stainless Steel Watch 42mm". I didn't open the box for almost 2 weeks for my daily work activities. After I open the box I realize that unlock battery, but watch was running. Then I share this thing with my wife that this watch must be returned from another customer. I start using it, I thought as long as it's working, it's ok to keep it. It's been a month my watch was stopped twice, once was running slow, calendar stopped twice, etc. I just logged into my Macy's account for return, realize that return window was expired 2 weeks ago.

Great piece, looks nicer physically. Great quality and it feels really nice on the wrist

Bought it for husband on Father's Day. He loved it. However, it did not come in time for Father's Day, when I purchased it with the ordering time for Father's Day.

I never received my watch I reached out to customer service and they denied me my $150 dollar refund like I have money to just throw away so now I’m left with no watch and no refund
