I bought this exact same pillow 5 years ago. The new one is a sore disappointment compared to my old one. Cooling factor is poor at least in comparison.

The pillows do have the cooling effect. I have slept fairly well the last 2 nights. They are more firm I like..

This pillow supports my neck. It allows me to sleep comfortably because it conforms to my neck and head. I love it

This pillow has a lot of pluses - perfect height for a side sleeper, head support and doesn’t trap heat. I just wish it had neck cradling support. I’m looking for a pillow that has this too. The issue with almost all pillows is that it provides the most support in the middle of the pillow for the head and the edges are lower support, even with gusset pillows. My perfect pillow would give a little in the middle and provide more support at the edges. And yes - I have tried contour pillows and hate everyone I have tried. I have tried many and will keep looking.

The box containing the pillow had been opened and the pillow was out of its plastic packaging that was shoved to the bottom. I am returning because the pillow was exposed to anything it came in contact with during shipping. Yuck. Looked like a nice pillow though.

We purchased these pillows many years ago from another store. We loved them! But, a few years later, when we repurchased them, they weren’t the same and sadly we returned them. Now, years later, we found them on Macy’s website and took a chance. We tried them out last night and were so pleased. I am a side sleeper and my husband is a side/back sleeper. We both found the support to be just right.

Can’t review as I don’t have pillows yet

This is my second IsoCool pillow. They last for years and are so comfortable. I used to have neck pain in the morning, but that stopped once I bought this pillow. It is especially good for side sleepers.
