It’s comfortable to wear in this summer .

This came in as 1 in the package not 3. The advertised information said 3-pack.

I only received 1 of the 3 pieces of the garments I purchased. I called July 19th and spoke to a representative. She represented another shipment of the items I purchased would be shipped out again. As of today July 26th I have not received anything from Macy’s. This is the likely the last purchase I will make.

I purchased two packs for my two daughters. One pack arrived correctly, but the other contained only one pair of underwear instead of the three included in the pack. I took the time to contact customer service through online chat, explained the issue, and even sent the attached photo. They later emailed me saying the package had been delivered and that they could not offer a refund or a replacement. At no point did I say the package was missing—I clearly explained that I received the wrong item. I will take the package to a store to see if they can resolve the issue, but this product is misleading customers. Many of the reviews report the exact same problem: buyers are receiving only one item instead of the three they paid for. Unfortunately, your customer service is unable to handle situations outside of a standard script, and customers can easily choose to shop elsewhere.

Macy’s online delivery FAILED ME. I bought and PAID FIR 3 PAIRS AND ONLY RECEIVED ONE. HORRIBLE

I only received one instead of three.

I wear in between M and L. I got M size and they are comfortable for me and quality is excellent. I am going to buy more colours again.
