I brought this to replace my old device, but it would not charge so I went on the website to try to troubleshoot before I returned, but I was surprised when I tried to register the device. The device had already been registered. when I engaged the chat support I was asked if I brought this second hand, which I did not, I paid full price. The product is only guaranteed if it’s brought from the manufacturers website. Macys was great with the return

Wish i can share the pictures with you guys. I got the item but seem like it been used. I ordered the apricot corlor somehow they send me the pink one. It also really dirty look like someone used and return it. The charging port filled with dirt. I dont think i will ever shop with macy again

I have been using Luna 4 for several months. My skin is radiant, clear and stubborn blemishes; both white heads and blackheads, removed. Treatment and massage features bring noticeable improvements to both texture and muscular structure which yield more youthful appearance. I knew I had to buy it, as soon as I saw it and I can honestly say that it is worth even more, because it has the softest bristles ever and different massage modes, that are amazing. I have noticed that my face isn't as puffy as it used to be - I use the massage side daily.

The Luna4 works great. No complaints about the functionality of the device or the app. It all worked smoothly to set up and use. The silicone feels very soft and complement to the skin. I like that you can customize settings through the app if you need to and then operate just the device itself. Battery life is great, works for several days without recharging. One suggestion for improvement is to add a tiny silicone button lid or similar that can be plugged into the charger outlet, so that it is covered and sealed when in use in damp/ wet environment. Overall great product. I use it daily for cleaning and often for massage and see my skin cleaner and fresher looking.

I have wanted a fore cleanser for the longest time, and after recent conversations with friends who have it, I made up my mind to get one. This decision coincidentally fell on the release of the Luna 4 - so I decided to get it. And wow. The results only 2 weeks into using this have blown my mind. It is so gentle and somehow my skin feels cleaner than ever before and so soft. I didn't realise as well how much more efficiently all of my other skincare products would work because of this wonderful device. I give this device 10's across the board. Definitely worth the investment if your on the fence about the price. Happy cleansing! <3
