The pump is hard to press

This is the best soap dispenser on the market. It's easy to dispense small amounts and the spout never drips or has soap buildup. Highly recommend.

I bought this in black dual dispenser. Love it but it just is not durable at all. Have had it about 6 months and the entire pump has separated from the remainder of the top. This should not happen at all! Poor workmanship or design flaw…doesn’t really do any good to only have one dispenser in the dual holder and refuse to pay the price for one more when just a waiting game for the other to break at this point. Not leaving pictures as I am sure you all understand what has occurred…would rate a zero if I could. I have very cheap soap dispensers that have lasted years.

Looks great but broke with months. The part that broke is not fixible. I wish they sale replacement part. I don't want to replace the whole caddy. Add replacement part to your products and I'll recommend it.

Cheap plastic product that breaks easily (the pump handle & tubing to be specific). Sponge is cheap as well. Design looks nice but a pointless purchase since it won't work for long.

We bought this item because we liked the convenience of both pumps. However, the pump for the dish soap broke after only a few months of use. Very disappointed ☹️

Great design, great look but after a year or two, the tube connecting the reservoire to the pump dried out and broke and one of the 2 dispenser is unusable. I would paie more for better plastic pieces, this is not extreme condition explaining why it would break. planned obsolescence

The description of the sink sider referenced “chrome,” when but the trim is chrome colored plastic. I kept it because I liked the convenience of both pumps. However, the pump for the dish soap broke after only a few months of use. (We are a two person household and it got gentle use.) I hesitated to make the purchase because of the price, and now I am sorry I did. Having liked the utility of the item, I would pay twice as much for a quality product. This is not that item.

After about a year, soap started to poor out of the cover. Took it apart and discovered the hose came off. Unrepairable and no parts.
