Great idea! This is a good start on tightening inner core.

I love my balance board and it’s the perfect size for a small space.

I’ve only been on one other balance board while doing rehab. What I don’t like about the ProsourceFit balance board for me. The base is made of hard SLICK plastic. Maybe this is good for someone who is in better shape than me. But slick plastic pivot area also spins and slips on a hard floor. I also find the height too much. Again I’m old and out of shape.

I like the board. It is strong and sturdy. My balance improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a stand up desk at work and needed somethimg I could use to get a little toning exercise in during the day. I wanted something that could twist as well. This is perfect! Love it!

so far I like it. I did have some problem at first trying to just get on it, I am still having to hold onto the door frame to use it. but I think it is helping me some with my balance. Haven't used it for a week cuz I have been not feeling too well, but when I get better, I will keep on using it. Thank you. :)
