Working out in your home is okay but unfortunately if you dont have the right equipment it can be very limited. Now that I have this pull up bar I no longer need to worry about re building my strength in those areas because I can just jump up and do some pull ups whenever I want. Very happy with the product.

Finally I found ProsourceFit and got my pull up bars within a week with a reasonable price. It worked well on my door frame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to install, sturdy product. The metal piece to keep it in place broke. Cheap metal bent when received broke when installed on top of door, but just enough to keep it on the door if I dont move to much!

I never do reviews on the stuff I buy, but I had to this time. I'm an Army cadet and trying to get a slot in Airborne School (pull-ups very necessary) -- this is just what I needed! I was a little skeptical that it would break and I'd break myself when I'd try and do it for the first time, but so far it's been awesome. I can work out in the privacy of my room whenever I want! Even if that means doing just one or two reps before class or between homework breaks, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy-to-assemble, cheap, yet sturdy this bar is. The box it comes in is nice and compact, too. Thank you guys!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the item was a good experience in that it worked and fairly represented what I saw and purchased. The only issue I have is that I would prefer the bottom bar, that is used for pull ups as well, be a solid piece instead of the 2 pieces. It is uncomfortable to see it flex down while using that section.
