Great looking bowl. Perfect size. Only complaint would be that the tongs do not match (in wood color) of bowl. Looks like 2 different types of wood. Maybe on purpose? Doesn’t impact how much I love bowl.
Have no received product. I contacted them through the internet. First communicated with virtual assistant and then a live person. Both could not answer a simple question.
The bowl is beautiful. The bowl was apparently sent directly from the vendor. They sent me this bowl in a box that looked like it had been on the shelf for 59 years. The box edges were no longer glued together, the surface looked horrible, discolored and marked up, the little tape tabs were taped together and crinkly so that you could not close the box. Unfortunately for me, I received this shipment late evening and could replace it before I left for a bridal shower the next morning. I was/am mortified to have given a gift that looks like it was from my closet.

It also comes with the two utensils for serving salads and fruit so that was a plus. Only reason I knocked off a star was because it is listed as a large bowl and it is actually a bit smaller than the two salad bowls I already have (and was hoping to replace with this one). So for the price I was expecting it to be a bit bigger. I still love this design and especially that it has handles. Makes it look so much cooler!

It is sturdy and more on the heavier side, the handles come in very handy. It is not too big, would hold enough salad for 4-6 people. I will use it also as fruitsbasket. I made the mistake of putting the serving forks into the dishwasher and the wood warped a bit— disappointing because I do dishwasher everything!
