Never received this item. Reached out to customer service they told me there was were nothing they could do. Sent pictures of my residence vs the picture listed with the tracking delivery. Eventually disputed with PayPal.

Most adorable necklace.
2nd one I've purchased. Always wear mine. Very good quality. I get lots of compliments from cat lovers! This one will be a gift but I may purchase another to just put up in case something happens to it.
