Got the earrings as gifts...the girls really love them..

Bought these for my 11 year old granddaughter. She loves them.

My package arrived and the bubble envelope it was shipped in had holes everywhere. The earrings punctured through the package and almost all of the stems of the earrings broke. My package was damaged

These arrived with the posts completely bent, some flattened all the way to the point they can’t possibly be bent back and worn. The set is really cute but should be shipped in a box not a bubble envelope. Returning.

I wait, and wait, and wait and it never arrived. I tracked the package finding it never left NJ to deliver in FL. It looks like is still on way since July 22th. Today is November 12th :O

These were shipped to me in a soft envelope and half of the earring posts were bent. After speaking to customers service, they said that they were sending me a new set. After 2 more times contacting customer service to find out where the earrings are they told me to just return them and buy a new pair.
