The only downside is that it makes my hair a bit frizzy so a serum to go with it would have completed the set. Due to the frizzing issue, I only use this when I know I don't have to go out and if my hair looks like it needs a quick health/strength boost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair is very healthy as a result of this shampoo and conditioner, doesn't split and grows much faster. But this shampoo does not remove buildup, so you'll have to use another shampoo for that. highly recommend.

I would bounce around from brand to brand to hopefully to get all that my hair needed. One day using something that adds moisture, then the next to take out all the heaviness of what I used the day before. It was as if my hair was on the Yo-Yo diet and nothing gave my hair all it needed. I have a ton of very thin strands of hair that have a lovely wave to them. So, finding something that doesn't weigh it down AND helps with frizz has been a daunting task. Briogeo Superfoods, mango+cherry is my the answer. My hair looks the best it ever has and on a daily basis. I have been using this combo now for over 6 months and I am completely satisfied. No longer do I have up to three different brands of shampoo/conditioner in my shower. Briogeo = healthy hair. Try it.
