I purchased this tablet arrived today talkback on and we are unable to remove it. The sensor to touch not working , it’s a useless device. We tried contacting and they don’t respond only via email

UPS sent the wrong item I didn't get what I order Contixo 7 V8-2 kids Android 11 Bluetooth HD tablet I got a toy Robot I didn't order that
Used tablet twice. battery picture its all over the screen. I got in touch with both companies Macys and Contixo, and neither one of these companies wants to fix it, or take responsibility. I registered the tablet with Contixo for a year warranty and they are not validating their contract. I lost my $ and trust in both companies.
Stop charging and I think I do have a warranty on it.
I purchased 2 tablets about two months ago. One of them works fine but the other one was malfunctioning from the beginning. It won't charge and when it does charge the battery life runs out quickly, today it just stopped working,it is just powering on and off on a loop. I'm extremely disappointed as I saved up for these tablets as a Christmas gift for my children.
My package was missing; USPS reported it as delivered, but I didn't receive it from the front desk or mailroom; something seems amiss.
