The shoes appear to be warm, waterproof and attractive. I like the color very much. This item is a great value at the price. The addition of these to my footwear for winter is excellent. The snow can be heavy and often in this city and I don’t have to wait for boots to dry.

Hello Macy's - Are you listening? Your policy of YOUR customer needing to return many of your online products back to the vendor and NOT a Macy's store is the worst policy yet. I am a faithful Macy's customer and I now pay attention to see if an item I am interested in is returnable at a Macy's store. If not - You just lost a sale. BAD policy.

Comfortable, nice and warm, durable, great for cold days

I purchased these boots online from Macys. I do not need them as I received boots for Christmas. I now learn that I must return them to the seller instead of Macys. When I contacted the seller they responded that they would respond to my return request within a few days. This whole process came as an unpleasant surprise since I thought that I was purchasing the boots from Macys. This is the first time that I have been unhappy being a Macys customer.

Should not buy with them third party …. Not easy for refund and I have to pay for the printing of labels… cost me $$$$ because I don’t have printer.

Came in mail. Will be taking back. Run small and I thought itheir were zippers on the side.

These are so comfortable- I wear them every day for commuting to work. Works well with business and casual wear.
