I actually do not understand what this is supposed to do. It's not really hydrating, and moreover it makes my neck itch. Which really disappoints me because a) this is not cheap b) I do not have sensitive skin and c) I have to be very careful not to get any on my neck when I spray it on my face. I am discovering that all of the La Mer products I purchased make me itch- the cream, soft cream, toner, concentrate, and fluid emulsion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for years! Helps as a base for make up and works to keep my skin refreshed. I use it throughout the day. The new packaging is appreciated- less material. I do wish it was glass and not plastic.
