NADH (NAD with the free hydrogen electron) had been recommended to me by an impressively smart medical professional so I got the first one I saw, which was absorbed in the mouth. NADH is a fantastic antioxidant and good to take to address free radicals. I like that this has B12 for an energy boost. It keeps me going daily and I feel much more present and energetic.
