I didn’t feel too weird on it. Definitely recommend there was also no odor when I opened it. I hate when things smell.

I followed the instructions and took them twice a day as instructed, but after consistent use I didn’t notice any real difference or improvement in my mental clarity. The main reason this is getting two stars instead of one is that I didn’t experience any negative side effects while taking them or after I stopped taking them. They just didn’t work for me, so I won’t be getting them again.
