[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using these a few weeks ago before sleeping to help me wind down. Through consistent use, I’ve come to really like them. Other brands have upset my stomach, but these don’t even if I don’t eat around the time I take them. The pills are pretty standard size, and while the bottle gets a bit chalky inside I don’t find it impacts my taking the pill. Overall, I enjoy these and will continue taking them for the foreseeable future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes me sleep wonderfully, it calms my anxiety a lot at night, I really can feel how my mind rests. You can try the dose, sometimes 1 capsule will be enough for your body and other times you will need 2 capsules, each body is different.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this magnesium for free from Influenster to share my honest opinion, and I have to say I’ve been using it for several days—mainly at night—and I feel it has really helped me sleep better and feel a bit more relaxed. Honestly, if you want a change in your life, you need this.

I did not receive the correct Magnesium Bisglycinate , I received just Magnesium Glycinate instead, I’m very disappointed
