I was not impressed with this conditioner. It really did not keep hair from falling out. It also left it feeling flat and dull.

I used this product for about a month. I did experience slightly more frizz in my hair while using this, but it wasn't unmanageable. Not sure about the thickening potential of this product alone.

This conditioner was okay, but it was clearly not made for my tightly coiled hair. It has a pleasant smell, and it does soften the hair. However, my hair texture requires a slipperier conditioner. I found detangling was difficult using this conditioner. As a result, I had to use my normal conditioner after using this one. But I found that to be too time-consuming. In the end, I switched back to my usual conditioner and eliminated this one altogether.

I can't say whether this product works or not because I only uses it for a week after I noticed it was stripping the color off my dyed hair. I received the product free to try. Unfortunately I can't recommend this product due to my experience but if your hair is not color treated you may have a different result.

This definitely helped me with my hair loss and less hair came out when I would condition in the shower

It smells great! That's the best part. It's very thick but doesn't seem to absorb much. My hair felt slightly thicker but it seemed more like a coating.

This conditioner smells great and gives my fine, flat hair volume and fullness without weighing it down. The only issue is it doesn't detangle well at all leaving me to use a bit of a leave in conditioner to get tangles out and be able to comb through easily.

I have been using the shampoo-conditioner pair for the last few months on my color treated hair and so far they have succeeded in avoiding that straw like frizz. For the thickening conditioner, Hers states, "Formulated with an amino acid blend, argan oil, coconut oil, and sunflower seed oil, this conditioner gets to work by helping strengthen damaged, overly processed hair, while also providing moisture." Looking at the ingredient list, they are correct as the main conditioning elements are derived from these beneficial oils and proteins.

Love the system, I wish I can get some more!! The conditioner rinsed out well, did not leave a residue, or weigh hair down, or make hair look greasy. It did the opposite!! My hair was bouncy & full of volume and felt thick after each use. It even helped make hair less tangley. Smelled clean, not smelling of any chemicals. Loved it.

This stuff is amazing!! I love the scent and ive always had issues with my hair being super tangled and this seems to help really well with that. It's great for everyday use and goes perfect with the shampoo
