I was so excited to get these boots bc I have the same boot in black that I absolutely LOVE. Upon arrival the boots are unzipped and look as though they've been thrown in the box recently worn/tried on with all the inner boot packaging thrown in disarray in the box. I go to try them on and the top hook for the laces is missing/ripped off. Now I'm angry, try to order another pair and of course they're sold out!! UGH not cool!! Do better Macys.

The boots were broken when they arrived

Damaged upon arrival. Rivets ripped out, obviously returned by the previous customer, all packing thrown in box, boots unzipped and thrown in the box. I’m not a happy camper right now! I really liked these boots. Now they don’t have the color I want.🫤

I just got these in the mail today. I really wanted to keep them but unfortunately they are a 1/2 too small and on the narrow side.

I was really excited to receive the boots and when I opened the box and took a first look at the boots, there was missing hooks on 1 boot. I didn't even remove the tissue inside or tried them on. I immediately placed a return ticket. This was very disappointing because I would think an inspection would've been done before shipping the boots.

Gorgeous workmanship extremely impressive.. super comfortable.. absolutely stunning..fit perfectly especially if I wear socks.. these will last forever extremely well made and perfect for rocks in my driveway.. support is perfect in the heel and shaft..the quality of the leather is soft and forgiving..

I am extremely disappointed with these boots. They are so cute, but poorly made. The eyelets that hold the laces broke off immediately when I first tried them on. You’d think the would be higher quality because of its original price. What a shame.

I'm 5'2" with thick calves. The laces do allow for the calve size to be adjusted. I bought black. They were not as pretty in person. When trying on, they feel cheap and made noise when walking. Also, did not feel comfortable. They just were not a good fit for me

I received this review request- but no boots yet. When I tried to contact macys to find out why I got this before the boots- where are they?? I got run around (digital) I rarely buy macys- could this be why? When I tried to buy them in the store-there were none in my size—along with many others I wanted to try. I ended up buying another pair that were in my size-but were not high leg boots- so disappointing. They took my money…

The leather is stiff and cuts into the foot uncomfortably. It's cheaply made. Ended up returning it.
