I ordered a size 5 , when it came it was so big it looks like a size 7, I was so disappointed because it really is a beautiful shoes.

They hurt so bad! Do not purchase. Could barely walk in them. They also run large. I ordered my size, size 6 and they were a little big.

Receive the shoes today and immediately noticed that it is already too big and I'm a size 5, so I can't size down. Stuck my foot in for a feel and it's not comfortable. I really wanted to love it because it's so cute.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes ever! If I hadn't worn them I would send them back. The piece that goes through your toes hurt really bad.

This shoes are very pretty. They run big. I am usually a size 5 or 5 1/2 and I ordered a size 5 and it fits me big.

True to size, I usually am an 8 and sometimes order an 8.5 in heels but the 8 fit perfect! These are gorgeous, can't wait to were them over the summer!

I absolutely loved these shoes! They are so comfortable and so elegant. I bought the nude ones but will be buying the black ones as well. Totally worth it!

Horrible vendor. Received wrong size shoes. My local store wouldn’t accept the return because this was a Marketplace vendor, so I had to UPS the shoes back to the vendor. I did that and have proof of delivery, and still can’t get a refund from the vendor. If Macys doesn’t step in and deal with this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. (Nordstroms, here I come!)

This is without a doubt the worst marketplace seller I’ve ever ordered from. I’ve been waiting on my return for these shoes for over a month. Seller will not respond nor refund me. Do not order from them unless you plan to pay for shoes you returned.
