This saucier pan is marvelous, exactly what you'd hope for. The shape makes it easy to keep things stirring, the sensitivity keeps your sauces from overheating or cooling, if you pay attention. Extremely nice to work with and beautiful to boot. What more could you ask for?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You get what you pay. Heston cook ware is impressive. Form and function are in my humble opinion are perfect. They make cooking even more enjoyable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a full set of nanobond and am building my set of copper bond. I prefer cooking on the copper bond as I think they are better for sauces and more delicate dishes like fish or scallops. These are also so attractive in my kitchen.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this pan to replace an old non induction favorite when we upgraded to induction cooking. Our son recommended Hestan, so we took him up and bought this one. Not looking back, heats well, evenly, and cooking in this pan is a dream We will definitely be adding to our Hestan cookware collection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous pan. Thought it was bigger. We recently got an induction stove and it works great on it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my husband this pan for Christmas and he loves it, however it did have a scratch on the outside right out of the box. We realize this doesn’t affect the performance but it was a little disappointing.
