Said it would be delivered in 3 to 6 days and took over 2 weeks. When I called customer service the lady kept changing her mind on how she was going to handle it. I finally gave up. The shoes FINALLY arrived but by then it was too late for the function I wanted to wear them for. The shoes are OK- I would not have paid full price for them so glad I did get them on clearance.

Beautiful shoe and structure but heel clicks when walking. Tried to return but Macys refused to accept never worn shoe bc it was greater than 30 days.
Love these shoes and bought them in all 3 colors.
