I purchased the The Regency Hill Coastal lamps for my night stands. The base is neutral with some interesting texture which is what I was looking for. The size is perfect next to a King size bed. However, due to the large shade, the lamp becomes top-heavy and falls over easily (as I experienced when making the bed). The addition of a "loader" in the base would be a simple inexpensive solution for the manufacturer in order to eliminate this issue.

These are brown and ugly, so they are going back. Beware! When I took them back to Macy's, they would not accept them at the store. Instead, they told me to print the return label myself, pack them myself, and take them to the UPS store myself. I don't have the original box they arrived in, so now I will be out money to have them packed and shipped to Lamps Plus. Horrible return policy and experience.

The lamps are great, nice size for an end table. Just disappointed the color is not as depicted in the picture. They are dark, not really oatmeal colored. More like a medium shade of brown.

These lamps are exactly as described. They look beautiful on our nightstands. Great price for 2 lamps with matching shades.
