These earrings looked great and I ordered the rose gold with the pink stone. When I received them the color of the stone was white or diamond colored, no pink. I needed them for a gift and gave them anyways.

My rating is 1, should be N/A because, no item was received. I received notice that my item had been delivered. I did not find it in my delivery box. I looked around, even around neighbors mailbox, package was not received. I wanted until the next day to reach customer service. They offered a refund. This is unfortunate not to get the item. Macy's packages will occasionally disappear, and when i speak to representatives asking for a way to resolve this and hopefully reduce losses, but the representatives say they have no way of including those comments. and so it goes...
