I was excited to get this watch because I am a watch enthusiast and very picky about the watches I wear. I thought this watch was beautiful and I thought Macy’s was a reputable retailer. From the moment I opened the box I was extremely disappointed. First, I believe they put the watch in a cheaper box than it normally comes in however, I was willing to overlook that because that’s insignificant to me. Secondly, the watch did not come with any information or documentation. I didn’t receive any operating instructions or paperwork to register the watch for any warranty. Thirdly, and most importantly the Watch does not work properly. This is the second watch I’ve ever bought from Macy’s and they have both been huge disappointments. It is my experience and recommendation to never buy a watch from Macy’s.

Amazing face
