The dress itself is a beautiful deep navy blue. It fits true to size via the chart. For those women looking for a bit more modesty, this dress can easily be altered along the leg opening and the bust area. However, some reviews (not all) indicated the sleeve sequins snagged along the sides of the dress, and unfortunately I found that to be true. As soon as the credit is issued, I have another Mac Duggal I hope will work out better.

This beautiful dress arrived even more beautiful than it looked in the pictures, the color reminds me of a beautiful clear sky at night. It is true to size and fits very well. It’s a very well-made and absolutely gorgeous dress. I found it a little bit too sexy for the mother of the bride hence me so I may need to make a couple adjustments to show less skin, but it’s absolutely a lovely dress and it’s not heavy at all, so it’s easy to wear for the whole night of the wedding.

This is a beautiful dress but so, so heavy. It wouldn’t be comfortable to wear for a long evening. Plus, the dress itself is lined but not the sleeves and the material is a bit scratchy.
The fabric is uncomfotable, ichy not soft at all. The sequins are falling offand gettingstuck on each other and gettingstuck in the zipper. Could not zip the zipper down more than 3 inches. Not true to size. a 12 is more like a 14.
The gown is fine but it ran super small. I have two other MacDouggal gowns, both size 6. I'm probably going to need a 10 in this style. Doing the exchange now -
It's a beautiful dress, fits true to size. (I'm 5'8", 160 lbs, and ordered a size 12) The sequins snag on the thread which is loose by design and has a lot of potential to get pulled, and on the zipper, so after just trying it on I decided to return it. I don't think I'd get more than one wear out of it before it was ruined from snagging.
Highly disappointed with this dress, bought for my best friends birthday and the sequence just falling apart. Staying away from sequence from this brand for future events. Loved the color and look but for that price you’d think it would’ve lasted one night.
