Uncomfortable
I found the back of the shoe uncomfortable to walk on. It did not have an ergonomic feel, part of my heel did not touch the back.

Best. Shoes. Ever!!!
I cannot say how much I LOVE these shoes! I have the black and the nude and they are my go-to summer shoes. I have had them for almost three years and they are still in great shape. I am a bigger girlie and heels aren’t always comfortable, but these ARE! Plus the zipper down the back makes them super quick and easy to get in and out of. I hope these stay at Macy’s as they’re a staple in my wardrobe!

Heel & Ankle Strap To High
I'm old and the heel was too high and so was the ankle strap. I returned these, but they could work for a younger woman. I could not successfully take more than 3 steps in them. I did love the style and color.

Not comfortable
They’re lovely but not cushioned in any way. Just not comfortable. I returned the Naturalizers in similar style because I thought they were too high but they were infinitely more comfy (maybe because of slight platform? Idk) than these. Going to return these and happy to see the Ns are still available in a 9.
