Horrible gown cheap looking

This dress is GORGEOUS!!! It drapes beautifully and flows behind you when you walk. I wore to an outdoor, sunset wedding and it was perfect. Im normally a size 16, but I had to return and reorder rhe dress in a size 14. This also helped with the length because it is a bit long when wearing flats. You will feel and look like a goddess!

The style is perfect for being a guest at a summer wedding. My only criticism is the dress is very long. I’m 5’5” and it has to be taken up 4 inches which with the knife pleats isn’t a simple task. Also the back zipper is not easy to get up when it transitions from skirt to bodice. Other than that it is a lovely dress.

I've gained weight over the past several months, but I've had several events that required dressing up. I have a hard time finding dresses I like and that don't make me feel like a beached whale. This gorgeous dress did the trick. It hid my midsection well and draped in a very flattering way. I got tons of compliments when I wore it. Also important, it was comfortable and did not make me feel like I couldn't breathe or had to suck in all night. I think it would be flattering on any body shape.

I was desperately looking for a dress to arrive in time for prom. I have a small waist and wider hips. This is not for an hourglass shape. The dress is long for someone who is 5-4 with 2 in heels. It had to be altered. The layers made me look much heavier than I am. It may be good for someone whose very narrow. I regret this purchase but I couldn't find anything else. I'm a 36 C/D and had to keep tugging and lifting the dress so it wouldn't fall down.

Our son is getting married this fall and I really don’t like the mother-of-the-groom dresses that make me look Sooooo old. But I also needed something classy. This fit the bill!!! I had never ordered from Petal and Pup before, but I followed their size chart carefully and the dress I ordered fits just right. I’m 6 foot tall and the dress is a good length on me. The color is like a rust- not as orange as in the picture. Love it!
