CITY CHIC платье Genevieve Plus Size

I'm looking forward to wearing out.

This is a very flattering dress and I love the unique color, but the it comes so wrinkled that even after washing it I cannot get the wrinkles out.

Dress for a wedding ordered from Chic City while under Macy’s platform. Dress was delivered to the wrong home. I have ring cameras covering my neighborhood vicinity on both sides up to 3ft. The Fed Ex driver never stopped at my home per videos from Ring Camera. The picture that Fed Ex took of the delivery clearly was not my driveway. Note: I was in San Diego, Ca at the date and time of the delivery. When I reached out to City Chic as stipulated on Macy’s platform; I had to reach out to City Chic x 2 because they did not respond within the first 24-48 as they stated. When the City Chic rep finally reached out via email she requested me to provide evidence of my package not being delivered to my home because Fed Ex stated it was delivered to my home and or go to the neighbors home to inquire about my package! Entirely unsafe! I cannot believe this. When I initially explained that my ring camera clearly showed that the Fed Ex driver stopped at another home in my neighborhood and it was not mine! I had to reach out to Macy’s to request for another dress to be delivered or a refund. Macy’s rep stated they did not have anymore of the dresses in stock so, they opted to provide me with a refund. This experience with City Chic was horrible and time consuming! Never again!
