I ordered this August 11th and I have not received it. I haven't even received updates from Macy's. On August 18th, I was informed that it would be received on August 21st and have not received any updates on this order since August 21st. Today is September 20th, one month later. I want my order cancelled. I would not recommend this item form Macy's.

Great Eyeliner!
Great pigmentation, adheres well, glides on great and stays put! Would like to see it have a pencil that creates the tip as you twist it for more product.

Sadly disappointed
In the summer I like to soften my eye color with brown instead of black. I tried BB online knowing it's reputation of high quality products. I was sadly disappointed in this liner. I did a line on my hand for a boldness and smoothness, they both checked off. When I lined my eyes the boldness was unforseen the glide checked. I'm a carmel colored African American brown works for me just not this brand.
