I decided on the Daylite pack as it has a large main pocket, a handy front pocket which is large enough to take paperwork and two good sized bottle holders. It is comfortable to wear with good width shoulder straps, a chest strap and usefully removable hip straps. I love it!
This was sent to me as replacement for my older daysack. It looks very nice and an ideal size for day trips.

It fit my 2 water bottles, sunscreen, trail snacks, wallet and first aide kit comfortably. The temperatures were over 100 each day and the pack was very breathable. I was doing anywhere between 6-10 miles of hiking in a day. It worked out perfect for what I needed.

It is fairly small, but fits a computer, snacks, travel electronics and a sweatshirt or packable jacket easily. The front pocket is perfect for holding wallet, keys, passport or other things you need to have accessible. The pack is super-comfy to wear and fits my smaller frame very well. Would recommend!

This was the perfect size for spending the day out and about whether I was on a boat, walking around town, or out hiking in the mountains. The fit was comfortable and held up well in all weather conditions. Very happy with this purchase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pack for day hikes and it's a great size for that, however, I wish it had more padding in the straps for when you're carrying lots of water. I also find it difficult to get a water bottle out of and into the side pockets when wearing it.

I am the kind of guy that checks in the large luggage to avoid the overhead bin chaos. The Daylite can fit everything I need for the flight and fit under the seat with foot room to spare. Always pleased with the Osprey quality. This is the third Osprey product I own.
So light, so comfortable, best day pack I have ever had. Effortless carried picnic, waterproof, phone, water. Stylish too.
