Highly recommend
I’ve been taking these for years and I can really feel the difference when I’m consistent. So much less stiffness and my knees don’t ache. I’m allergic to crab and this is the only glucosamine I’ve found that is truly vegetarian.

Great product and easy to use.
I really like this product because it is free of seafood residue. I am allergic to seafood so this is great for me.
