This pan is a solid product, as most KitchenAid items are. I had tried stainless steel before and didn't like it, but that's because I didn't know how to use it properly. After reviewing suggestions and tips online, I now heat it first, before adding fat, and I cool it down completely before cleaning. Before scrubbing it, I let it soak. In return, this item has been super easy to cook with and to clean. It cooks evenly, and best of all, there is no coating to come off eventually in my food.

Although the heat distribution is great ut seems that things stick easily unless you use a good bit of cooking spray or oil. Not so great for healthier lifestyles. I did appreciate that it went from stove top to oven seamlessly

Easy to use when cooking stews or curries, I don’t have to pull out a big pot to fit a recipe with a lot of ingredients. This pan doesn’t have any plastic parts (like a lid or pan handle) so it can go from stovetop to oven or broiler up to 500 degrees making this pan very versatile. Some brands don’t include a lid with the pan and would be a separate purchase at more expense, this saute pan comes with a lid which is convenient, you don’t have to hunt down a lid that may or may not fit on the pan.
