I received this bouncer as a baby shower gift and I am not happy with it. The bouncer does not bounce even when the baby is it the seat. There are two settings and neither of them will bounce him. I called the company and they said that it goes by his movement which makes no sense. It doesn’t bounce at all. I am very disappointed in this product and would not recommend it to others. I tried new batteries and getting it started to bounce and it still will not work. I would not recommend getting this bouncer seat.

It was great until it wasn’t. I received this as a shower gift and it worked great for two months. After a month it stopped working and we replaced the batteries, no problem, back to working again. By month 2 it stops working again, replaced the batteries, but now only turns on for a minute and shuts off. Tried replacing batteries again in case the original batteries were faulty but same thing. Concept is great, but long term use is lacking.

I bought this for my granddaughter and she loved it. Unfortunately the sounds/motion stopped working even after replacing the batteries with new batteries, so half the features no longer work for this bouncer. Very disappointing with how much my granddaughter enjoyed it.

This was a purchase that we looked forward to using. Assembly was easy until it was time to install the toy bar. That thing needs a redesign. It does not lock to the pivot points on the frame and falls off at the slightest touch.

I loved this when I received it as a baby shower gift.. what sucked was within a week of having my newborn the bar kept falling off, we noticed the bar was broken and wasn’t clicking in place.

It is the most frustrating thing to have a screaming baby and everytime you try to put the baby in the bouncer or take him out the friggin toy bar falls off! I just threw mine outside from being so annoyed after the 100th time of it falling off from!

The toy bar never stayed on from day 1, like many other reviewers have stated. We removed it, and used it without it. Other than that, we like it.

I received this products as a gift for my second child after having it and liking it with my first child. The bouncer mechanism is not working correctly at all and I have contacted customer service through email and by phone. In both instances I was told I would be contacted via email to fix the problem and have received no follow up emails at all (two weeks later)and was even hung up on by a customer service representative on the phone. I am appalled at the lack of customer service from this company and shocked that no one is able to simply follow up to help us replace the defective potion of this bouncer. The whole reason why we would want it is so it bounces gently- which currently it does not do at all. Our baby is jolted around and it does not rock the bouncer at all like our last one did with our first child. I would not purchase anything else from this company at this point because if anything goes wrong I feel left with a broken product with no options to see it fixed.
