Wish could give negative stars. Bought in 3/2026. The sole of one shoe start coming apart only after 3-4 casual use. When I tried reaching out to Macey’s customer service was pretty much told that I am outside 30 days window and nothing can be done. When asked for supervisor was left on hold for a long time. Finally had to hang up. I understand the policy. But 3-4 months is still a short time for such an expensive shoe to fall apart. Very disappointing!!

Let me start off by saying I love the look and design, but the soul was just way too narrow my feet blow out the sides and it was like walking on the narrow end of the 2 x 4 if that makes sense the soul is smaller than your foot, and it’s a shame because it had great souls if it was just wider if the bottom of the shoe matched the bottom of the size of the shoe it would’ve been great. It would have comfortable fit, but your feet the size of your feet literally blow out cause they run tight as it is. They blow out the shoe sneaker whatever you wanna call it and there’s a gap between the the bottom of your shoe and the floor on both side, you can actually run your finger between the bottom of your shoe and the floor on both sides of your feet and if you not balance properly, walkingYou can literally twist your ankle it’s like 2 inches on both sides their is gap between the edge of your soul to the outside (overhang)

The comfort, stylish and fit of a pair is impressive. They feel snug and gentle, comfortable to wear, even for long periods.
