I received this product for Christmas and I honestly didn’t expect much. But one night I decided to use it as my lips were chapped and ohhh I felt my lips softer and a bit plumper was a nice sensation in using it every night now

I’m very disappointed in this product. I always loved my Chanel products but this goes on ok but then your lips become sticky, your could stick together. Not happy with this

I had used up half the tube, applying it every night before bed, wondering why my lips were getting so dry and discolored. Turns out, it was the serum! My lips became so irritated, cracked, and even blackened — it was embarrassing, and people around me noticed. After I stopped using it for just two days, I saw an immediate difference — my lips started healing fast.
