The dress is light and flowy, and I love the color. I ordered a size up and so glad I did.

Give it a zero if I could. They have had my money since 7/27. Today is 8/12 and still no dress and only one email communication from them. My first order and my last.

Save your time and money. Do not buy from this company. Company is very hard to get in contact as it is a third party vendor. Poor customer service. Bad quality material. I attempted to get a refund and Macy’s sent me to vendor. Contacted vendor and they sent me right back to Macy’s. This is the first time I ever encounter this. I do not recommend buying online. They use cheap vendors.

Not for me.

This dress is seriously annoying. It needs an instruction manual as I couldn’t figure out how to put it on. It has so many straps and ties that every time I tried to put it on it all became a snarled, tangled mess. Also, the slip is attached in the cheapest way possible with these two little stretchy silicone bits. I’m not sure these attachments even count as a textile. Since the slip is only flimsily attached on just two points, it does not easily stay in place while you’re trying to put the dress on. I’m a 5’5” pear shape, so the chest was also too big and road too low, the placement of the ties was too low, and the dress was overall too long on me. However, kudos for quick delivery. I bought three different dresses from three different retailers for a wedding, and Macy’s was the first to send me a confirmation email, ship and deliver. So I’ll up you to two stars.

Was disappointed when I received the dress. I believe it was used before so I returned it.
