Love the comfort of these boots.

These were so tall it numb my feet. Because they are 3rd party Macy’s had to ship to them and accepted before I see a credit to my account. Not worth it.

I usually wear a size 8, bought a size 8 and it fits so snag I want to return it. However I saw on another review that returns cannot be made to Macy's. Will try over the weekend and will come back with review about it. It's a beautiful shoue but you will need to size up, the toe box is very small.

So the boots are very cute! I wear a true 9.5 and ordered a 10. They are very small fitting and tight in toe area. I tried to return them but the Macys associate could not find the order number in the system (market place 3rd party seller). I contacted the seller and received nothing back…no response at all? I had to keep them because I returned back to Macys to see if anything could be done and there was not. The order number they gave Macys in the system was not available for return. So just be sure you know. if you order from London Rag and you want to return there will most likely a problem. Very cool boots but terrible company….so sad!!!

This boot is extremely comfortable. The heel looks high but with the platform, you can’t feel it. Will dress up any outfit. Have several pairs. True to size.

These shoes are beautiful and are very comfortable. I have a bunion on my one foot and sometimes I worry about boots. I usually buy boots 1/2 size larger which I did with these. They do not disappoint! I had them on my feet all day and they didn't bother my bunion. There was plenty of toe space. They have a rubber sole so they are pretty quiet when you walk in them. I definitely plan on purchasing other shoes from this brand.

I ordered two pairs of boots but only one was delivered. It is such a hassle getting a refund for the boots I didn't receive. Apparently Macy's can't process the refund, has to be the seller. Macy's can "request" the refund from the seller, then the seller is supposed to reach out to the customer. So far it's been 2 weeks and the seller hasn't reached out or processed the refund. Tip for other customers, if you buy something from Macy's online, SHIP IT TO THE STORE, and pick it up there. That way there's a witness when you don't receive your complete order.
