nice bag
love the bag, wish it was a little more sturdy though, material a little thinner than I expected. It's not a shiny as I had hoped.

Wrong size AGAIN
This is the second time that I ordered the small tote 8"x10" but received the medium tote 10"x12". The UPC number on my order for the small tote is the same UPC as the one on the actual medium size bag. I see other reviewers had the same issue. Can't they fix it??? Returning again.

Nice bag but wrong size
The bag seems of good quality; however, I ordered the SMALL hadlee tote but received the MEDIUM tote FOUR times even after “chatting” and speaking over the phone with customer service. I don’t understand how they can’t get it right. Very frustrating, to say the least.
