Good but not fancy

Imagine getting a dish rack that has a missing part. The part that drains the water. You have a hole in the bottom and it cannot be used. You call to get the missing part and the service response is horrible and you have a dish rack with a hole in the middle. No response that leads to satisfaction. Return window closes. You are stuck with a new item that does not work. I will not use Macys or their sources again.

Holds large number of dishes comfortably. Looks nice on the counter.

I love that it has 2 tiers. I replaced my old dish rack immediately. I have so much space to put my dishes now.

This dish rack comes in black color. And I like how it made out of metal. I can put plates, bowls, cups, pots. Easy to put them together. And I love how it looks. It looks great and it came in a good condition.

So my dishwasher started leaking. I have minimal counter space. This is great. I love that you can use the 2nd tier or lay it down to save space. So easy to clean. The dry mat actually goes under strainer off the counter. Easy clean up underneath. The drain tube in bottom can be moved to drain in your sink. So you can move the strainer to either side.

Our dishwasher quit and I needed a dish rack that wasn’t too big, but wasn’t too small. This dish rack is perfect for our needs and it easily folds up for easy storage when not in use! 10/10 recommend
