Awful service I ordered emerald green and they sent blue. I wasn’t able to get the dress I ordered . Awful experience before bad service . Buyer beware . This wasn’t resolved on time for the wedding I had and I had to buy another dress from another store so stressful
I ordered my usual size 12, that one I could barely get past my butt. I ordered the next size up seamed promising until I was only able to zip up half way. My breast are big and my back is more broad so I sized up to 16. I did look at the size guide and it looked like it would fit based on measurements but it doesn’t have much stretch. I’m sad I couldn’t get the dress in black the green is pretty but I really wanted to wear black.
Very poor quality and customer service. The dress came in a ripped reused clear bag to begin with. The stones on the dress were torn and hanging in multiple spots around the dress. The dress seemed as if it has been worn and returned. I contacted them to report this and without an apology they offered 20% off. I explained that 20% was not near that amount of damage and offered to send them pictures. The response was to return the dress and I replied with we really like the dress can they please just exchange for a non-damaged one in which they said no and they cannot offer more than 20% off. Buyer beware ! I will post pics of damage
Dress is absolutely stunning. Ordered a 00 and fit like a glove. Measurements 34 bust, 25 waist, 35 hips.
This dress is gorgeous. Unfortunately for me it runs large. I ordered a size 8 due to a larger chest and I always have to the rest taken in to fit me. This dress has a give to it so even the 8 was too large and of course they were out of size 6 when I went to exchange it. Length was nice too. For reference I am 5’8 148, 36DD
