Rating the COMPANY INTEGRITY, not the PRODUCT QUALITY. If I wanted the 'MADE IN CHINA' knife, I would not shop here. They claim their goods are made in the USA. This knife is made in CHINA. I think company has to specify that in a description. Measuring bowls are also made in China (Unrelated to this product, but shows the pattern). Very Disappointed!

Extremely well crafted and very sharp. Handles fit nicely in your hand. The block is well made and looks nice on our counter too. Love them as my wife says.

The All-Clad 7" knife, is just an all around great sharp kitchen tool.

Great set of knives; beautiful wood block. The knives have impressed me with the full tang and great, solid handles.

Excellent knifes cut well feels good in your hand. Wish the block didn’t have the slots for steak knifes.
