Great luggage, the only reason I returned, it is the linear size. I bought 30.5 check-in Spinner, which is total 63 linear inches, my airlines allows 62'' for Checked Bags, they charge extra for 63''.

These bags are great looking and made with durable material, can’t wait to use them.

I called Macy's hoping for some clarity on when I might receive my Ricardo suitcase, as I have an overseas trip coming up & really need it. The CS rep. reassured me that it wouldn’t take more than a week to arrive. Now, here I am, 11 days later, still suitcase-less. I reached out to Macy's again & while the rep. was apologetic, she refused to ship me another suitcase overnight or cancel the first order. I’m set to leave in just 48 hrs. & according to USPS,my suitcase won’t arrive for another 3 days. That’s now a total of 12 days. It’s incredibly disheartening to see such a lack of accountability from Macy's—what kind of customer service department promises delivery within a week only to let me down like this? This isn't my first experience with their delayed orders. I'm baffled as to why Macy's seems to think they can just shrug off their responsibility for timely delivery when they hired the shipping company & made commitments to me in the first place. It's disappointing beyond words.

I like the expandable feature that is highlighted with an easy to spot red zipper. The inside compartment with functional pockets helps me keep my stuff well organized. It has double wheels that make it easy to move around especially when full and heavy. I had used it for my last trip and could fit in so much.

I love all the pocket storage inside and how you can fully zip off the one side to secure objects/clothing. The extendable zipper is a nice feature to add a couple more inches and is clearly labeled with a red zipper for easy identification.

There’s so much space to put my clothing in. it’s very fashionable! Very sleek! The only thing that I am not a fan of is the weight of it. It is heavy and will take away from the amount of things I can pack.

While I’ve only packed this bag once it is very lightweight and the wheels glide seemlessly. The self locking feature is an excellent touch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ricardo Beverly Hills Orinda Hardside Suitcase is a very beautiful and sophisticated piece of luggage. Even for a larger (28-inch) suitcase, it's feather light. The hardshell exterior is well designed and feels very durable. The interior is simple and functional with a zip-up side that keeps garments in their place, as well as zipper pockets for smaller items. The extension handle has a smooth action with two height settings. The wheels are standard size and are made with hardened rubber, so ground contact is smooth and quiet. This is a great suitcase, I can't wait to use it on my next trip.
