[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little surprised when I unpacked this that it was a thin blanket. When I read “down alternative,” I expected a little more loft. This is not a duvet alternative. That said, it’s a nice light weight, that is a bit satin-y on one side and a little more matte on the other. A nice blanket for the summer if you run warm!

I never knew a blanket could feel like that! It doesn’t feel super light weight and cheap since the quality is great and it has a little weight to it. The whole family loves it.

It is super easy to wash and dry (and being small is a plus for smaller washer and dryer machines as well). I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who gets hot at night (or sleeps with a partner who seemingly radiates heat) or lives in a hot climate but still enjoys sleeping under a blanket.

I found that it has breathability, although I would purchase it in a dark grey rather than white. I think of you placed a light duvet cover it would still retain its cool touch properties. But I would prefer no cover. My hubby who runs hot, loved this blanket.

It is very light weight and airy which makes hot nights more bearable while sleeping. It is a nice durable blanket with great material. It has quickly become my new absolute favorite blanket. Such a hot sleeper that I can’t sleep on the foam mattresses because they are too hot for me. When I first put this on, on top of my sheet, but under my blankets, it was nice and cool. But as time went on, it warmed up. I ended up pushing it down around my feet because it was just too warm. It works well at first for me, and it may work better for others I don’t know this is just me. So if I’m wanting to just use it for let’s say an hour it stays nice and cool, but if I’m wanting it overnight, this one just wasn’t the one for me. 😞 .
