These are beautiful cards that I used to package money and /or gift cards for Christmas presents. There were lots of compliments and questions about where I got them.

I ordered 6 boxes of Christmas cards from Macys online in the first days of December. In an effort to track my order after the 5 day delivery didn’t happen, I experienced a customer service nightmare. Off shore agents gave me conflicting information over and over again. I even got two email notification with two hours one day:one saying my cards would be delivered and the other cancelling the order. Terrible service! My in store experience in the Westfarms Store was just the opposite. Thank you, Scott, for renewing my confidence in service at Macys. He was terrific. Reward Scott and retrain your online agents.
The inside of the actual card does not look like picture. The card is plain white with greeting in blue ink. The picture in the website has a colored background and Bible verse Matthew 1:21. Ordered 3 boxes a week ago. I received cards yesterday. A let down. It is so close to Christmas now. Will have to go shopping for other cards. Macys can certainly do better.
The rating should be a 0 because the inside of the card is not what is depicted. The inside is a plain stark white with a simple greeting. There is NO colored background, NO Bible Verse, and the greeting is totally different. Very poor quality control. I am so disappointed. I bought three boxes and opened a box to start my Christmas mailing.
